यदि चतुर्थेश व दशमेश साथ-साथ किसी केन्द्र या त्रिकोण में हों — तो जातक का सुन्दर, बड़ा, महलनुमा, सुन्दर परकोटे से युक्त, सुसज्जित घर होता है। यदि चतुर्थेश शुभ-ग्रह हो तथा किसी अन्य शुभ-ग्रह से देखा जाता हो, एवं लग्न में बुध हो — तो मनुष्य अपने बन्धु-बान्धवों के समुदाय में पूज्य होता है।
