Favourable Yogas for father: (1) The father enjoys happiness in the Dasa of the lord of the 4th from the Ascendant. (2) The native is obedient to his father if the lord of the 4th be in the Ascendant or the 11th, or in the 11th or the 10th from the Moon. (3) If the birth be in the 3rd rasi from the Ascendant or Moon of the father, the native makes proper use of the wealth inherited from his father. (4) If the birth be in the 10th rasi from the Ascendant or Moon of the father, the native will inherit all the good qualities of his father. (5) If the lord of the 10th be in the Ascendant (in the birth chart of the native), the native will be more distinguished than his father.

सुखनाथदशायां तु सुखप्राप्तेश्च सम्भवः । सुखेशे लग्नलाभस्थे चन्द्रस्थानादविशेषतः । । 16 । । पितृसुख योग : (1) जब मनुष्य को चतुर्थेश की दशा हो तब अनुकूल गोचर व अष्टक वर्गानुसार शुभ नक्षत्र में शनि गोचर रहने पर पिता से या स्वयं अपने प्रयत्नों से अधिक सुख मिलता है । (2) यदि चतुर्थेश लग्न से 1-11 स्थानों में हो या चन्द्र से एकादश स्थान में हो तो विशेष सुख प्राप्ति योग होते हैं ।
