यदि गुरु व चतुर्थेश परस्पर केन्द्र में हों और लग्नेश बली हो तो 'काहल योग' है। अथवा चतुर्थेश स्वोच्च या स्वक्षेत्री हो तथा दशमेश से युक्त या दृष्ट हो तो भी काहल योग है। इस योग में जातक ओजस्वी, साहसी, दक्ष, चतुरंग बल अर्थात् सम्पूर्ण सेना से युक्त, कुछ ग्रामों का या साधारण क्षेत्रों का अधिपति होता है।
