Gain of property, celebrations on the birth of a son, gain of wealth from the employer, acquisition of a house, land, villages etc. by the beneficence of the sovereign, will be the results if Venus be in the 5th, the 9th, the 11th or the 2nd from the lord of the Dasa (Mars). In the last part of the Dasa there will be functions of songs and dances and bathing in holy waters. If Venus be connected with or related to the lord of the 10th, there will be construction of wells, reservoirs etc., and performance of religious, charitable and pious deeds.

महादशेश मंगल से अन्तर्दशेश शुक्र यदि केन्द्र त्रिकोण, 2, 11 भावों मे कहीं हो तो तुरन्त धन व मान की प्राप्ति, पुत्र लाभ, बहुत सुख, मन में प्रसन्नता, ग्राम व भूमि का लाभ अर्थात्‌ ग्राम में प्रतिष्ठा होती है । अन्तर्दशा के अन्त मेँ विशेष उक्त फल होता है । साथ ही गीतादि मनोरंजन के अवसर भी प्राप्त होते हैं । यदि शुक्र दशमेश से युक्त हो तो पुण्य तीर्थ मे स्नान, पुण्य कार्यों की सम्पन्नता, कूपतडागादि सार्वजनिक हितसाधक स्थानों का निर्माण होता है ।
