There will be possibility of critical illness in the Antardasa of Mercury if he be the lord of the 2nd or the 7th. Remedial measures to obtain relief from these evil effects are recitation of Vishnu Sahasranam and giving a horse in charity.

राजसंलाभ कार्याणि चतुष्पाज्जीव लाभकृत् । मंगल की महादशा मेँ केतु की अन्तर्दशा आने पर, केतु यदि केन्द्र, त्रिकोण, 3, 11 भाव मेँ हो या शुभ ग्रह से युक्त हो तो राजा की कृपा, शान्ति, बहुत सुख, धनलाभ होता है । दशा के प्रारम्भ में थोड़ा फल तथा आगे विशेष भूमि लाभ, पुत्र लाभ, राज्य से लाभ तथा चौपाए धन से लाभ होता है ।
