Effects like death, danger from the king (government) and thieves, rheumatism, pains, danger from the enemy and members of the family, will be experienced if Saturn be in the 8th or the 12th from the lord of the Dasa and be associated with malefics. There will be relief from the evil effects by the beneficence of lord Shiva if Mrityunjaya Japa is performed in the prescribed manner.

कृषिकर्मफले सिदिधर्वरणाम्बरभूषणम्‌ । मंगल की महादशा मेँ बुधान्तर्दशा हो तथा बुध लग्न से केन्द्र त्रिकोण मं हो तो अच्छे मनोहारी प्रसंग, जपदान, धर्मबुदिध, यश, नीति मार्ग पर चलने के अवसर (चरित्र की परीक्षा), सदैव मधुर भोजन, वस्त्रादि, पशु आदि सम्पत्तियों का सुख, परिश्रम का पूरा फल, कृषि का पूरा फल, विशिष्ट बड़े वाहनों आदि का सुख होता है ।
