Effects like acquisition of a kingdom (attainment of a high position in government}, enjoyments, charities, gain of wealth and land, birth of a son, celebration of religious functions and functions like marriage suddenly, well being in the family, gain of clothes, ornaments etc., will be derived in the Antardasa of Mercury in the Dasa of Ketu, if Mercury be in a kendra or trikona from the Ascendant, be in his sign of exaltation or in his own sign.

बुधान्तर्दशा फल :- केतोरन्ततगति सौम्ये केन्द्रलाभत्रिकोणगे । स्वोच्चे स्वक्षेत्रसंयुते राज्यलाभो महासुखम्‌ ।।68।। सत्कथाश्रवणं दानं धर्मसिदिधः सुखावहा । भूलाभः पुत्रलाभश्च शुभगोष्ठीधनागमः ।।69।। अयत्नाद्धर्मलब्धिश्च विवाहश्च भविष्यति । गृहे शुभकरं कर्म वस्त्राभरणभूषणम्‌ ।।70।। केतु महादशा में बुध की अन्तर्दशा हो तथा बुध केन्द्रगत, त्रिकोणगत, लामगत, स्वोच्चादि गत हो तो राज्यलाम (अधिकार, पद प्रतिष्ठा), अधिक सुख, अच्छी बातें (समाचार) सुनने के योग, पुत्र प्राप्ति, अच्छी सभाओं में सम्मिलित होने से धन लाभ, कम परिश्रम से ही धर्मार्जन, विवाह, घर में शुम कार्य, वस्त्राभरणों की प्राप्ति होती है ।
