Gain of wealth, reverence, happiness and acquisition of conveyances, clothes, ornaments etc., birth of children, cordial relations with the king (government), success in ventures, etc., will be the auspicious results in the Antardasa of the Sun in the Dasa of Jupiter, if the Sun be in his sign of exaltation, in his own sign, in kendra, trikona, the 3rd, the 11th or the 2nd from the Ascendant and be endowed with strength.

लग्नाष्टमव्यये सूर्ये दायेशादवा तथैव च । शिरोरोगादि पीडा च ज्वरपीडा तथेव च ।।53।। सत्कर्मसु तदा हीनः पापकर्मचयस्तथा । सर्वत्र जनविद्वेषो निजबन्धुवियोगकृत्‌ ।।54।। अकस्मात्कलहश्चैव जीवस्यान्तर्गते रवौ । द्वितीयद्यूननाथे तु च्यपमूत्युभयं भवेत्‌ ।।55।। तददोषपरिहारार्थम्‌ आदित्यह्वदयं जपेत्‌ । सर्वपीडोपशमनं दिनेशस्य प्रसादतः ।।56।। यदि सूर्य लग्न या दशेश से 6.8.12 मेहो तो सिर मे पीड, ज्वरपीडा, अच्छे कार्यो में हानि, पाप मे वृदिध, सब लोगों से मनमुटाव, अपने बन्धुओं से वियोग, अचानक कलह आदि फल होते हैँ । यदि सूर्य 2.7 भावेश हो तो अपमृत्यु का भय होता है । इसकी शान्ति के लिए आदित्यहृदय स्तोत्र का पाठ करने से श्री सूर्यदेव प्रसन्न होते हैँ ।
