Write Aśvinī etc. nakshatras in the Savya Cakra and Rohiṇī etc. 3 nakshatras in the Apsavya Cakra. Then incorporate 3 following nakshatras in the same order in the Savya and Apsavya Cakras. By doing so there will be 15 nakshatras in the Savya and 12 in the Apsavya Cakra (because for the 12 rāśis there are 12 pādas of 3 nakshatras — Navāṁśas). The pādas of Aśvinī, Punarvasu, Hasta, Mūla, Pūrva-bhādrapadā, Krittika, Āśleṣā, Svātī, Uttarāṣāḍhā and Revatī of the Savya Cakra should be reckoned in the same manner as the pādas of Aśvinī.
