KĀLACAKRA DAŚĀ: The Sage said — O Brahmin! Now after making obeisance to Lord Śiva, I shall describe the Kālacakra Daśā. Whatever was related by Lord Śiva to Goddess Pārvatī is being explained by me for the use of learneds to be utilised for the welfare of the people.
