ṢAṢṬI-HĀYANI DAŚĀ: This Daśā may be adopted in cases where the Sun is posited in the Ascendant. The order of Daśā lords in this system is as follows — Jupiter, the Sun, Mars, the Moon, Mercury, Venus, Saturn and Rāhu. The Daśās of Jupiter, the Sun and Mars are of 13 years. The remaining planets have Daśās of 6 years each, totaling 60 years.
