The planets in Śīrṣodaya rāśis, Ubhayodaya rāśis and Pṛṣṭhodaya rāśis yield their results respectively at the commencement of the Daśā, in the middle of the Daśā and at the end of the Daśā. All the planets yield auspicious results in the Antardaśā of Naisargika (natural/constant) and Tātkālika (positional) friends. The results will be adverse in the Antardaśā of inimical planets.

शीर्षोदय राशि में बैठा हुआ ग्रह अपनी दशा के आदि में अपने शुभ-अशुभ फल को देता है। द्विस्वभाव राशिगत ग्रह दशा के मध्य में अपना फल देता है।
