In the Daśā of rāśi (house) there will be well being, increase in opulence and glory and devotion to deities and Brahmins, if it is occupied by Jupiter, Venus or lord of a trikoṇa. There will be acquisition of more conveyances and cattle etc. in the Daśā of the rāśi (house), the 4th from which is occupied by an exalted planet or lord of a trikoṇa. The Moon there will give things like grains, ghee etc. Full Moon will favour with a treasure and jewels etc. Venus there will provide enjoyment from music etc.

तत्र शुक्रे मृदंगादिवाद्यगान पुरस्कृतः । (क) जिस राशि में गुरु या शुक्र दशारम्भ (या जन्म समय) में स्थित हों या जिस राशि में 5.9 भावेश स्थित हों या पापी केन्द्रेश स्थित हों तो उसकी दशा में सर्वविध कल्याण, सम्पत्ति-प्राप्ति, देवताओं व ब्राह्मणों की प्रसन्नता होती है । (ख) जिस राशि से चतुर्थ में उच्चस्थ ग्रह या शुभ भावेश या शुभ ग्रह हो, उसकी दशा में वाहन लाभ, जायदाद लाभ व पद-प्राप्ति तथा पशुओं की वृदिध होती है । (ग) यदि दशा राशि में पूर्ण चन्द्रमा हो तो गड़े धन की प्राप्ति या बहुत सी मणियाँ आदि प्राप्त होती हैँ । (घ) उस राशि में शुक्र हो तो मृदंगादि वाद्य, गायन या स्वकार्यक्षेत्र में अग्रगण्य व पुरस्कृत होता है ।
