There will be pilgrimage to holy places in the Daśā of the rāśi who has Rāhu in the 10th to it. There will be gain of earning, religious rites, gain of wealth, renown for good deeds and success in efforts and ventures in the Daśā of the rāśi the 10th, the 11th and the 9th from which are occupied by benefics. There will be birth of children, happiness from wife and recognition by Government in the Daśā of the rāśi from which the 5th, the 7th and the 9th are occupied by benefic or exalted planets. During the Daśā of the houses (rāśis) occupied by the lords of the 5th, the 11th, the 10th, the 4th, the 9th, or the Ascendant there will be growth of these houses (good effects). The good effects will be in proportion to the strength of the houses and the planets occupying them.

पुत्रदारादि सम्प्राप्तिनृपूजा महत्तरा । यस्मिन् पुत्राय क्मम्बु नव लग्नाधिपाः स्थिताः । (क) जिस राशि से दशम मं राहु हो तो उस दशा में पुण्य लाभ व तीर्थ यात्रा होती है । (ख) जिससे 9.10.11 राशियों मे शुभ ग्रह हों तो उस राशि की दशा मे विद्या, धन, धर्म, सत्कार्य, कीर्ति व परिश्रम की सफलता होती है । (ग) जिससे 5.6.7 में उच्चगत (स्वक्षेत्री, मूल त्रिकोणी भी) ग्रह या शुभ ग्रह हों तो उसकी दशा मे पुत्र, स्त्री की वृदिध, राजसम्मान मिलता है । (घ) जिसमे 5.11.10.4.9.1 इन भाव के स्वामी हों, उसकी दशा मे तत्तद् भाव से सम्बन्धित फल पुत्र, स्त्री, धन, प्रतिष्ठा आदि की वृदिध होती है ।
