If the Moon be in Meena identical with the Lagna, and if Saturn, Mars and the Sun occupy respectively Kumbha, Makara and Simha, the person born will indeed rule the earth. If Mesha be the Lagna and if Mars occupy it, and Jupiter be in Cancer, a king is born. Or, if Jupiter be in Cancer identical with the Lagna and Mars be in Mesha, a king is born and he will be endowed with all good qualities.

यदि चन्द्र मीन में लग्न के समान हो, और यदि शनि, मंगल और सूर्य क्रमशः कुम्भ, मकर और सिंह में हों, तो जन्म लेने वाला व्यक्ति निश्चय ही पृथ्वी का शासन करेगा। यदि मेष लग्न हो और मंगल उसमें हो, तथा गुरु कर्क में हो, तो एक राजा का जन्म होता है। अथवा, यदि गुरु कर्क में लग्न के समान हो और मंगल मेष में हो, तो एक राजा का जन्म होता है और वह सर्वगुणसम्पन्न होगा।
