With Saturn in Kumbha, the Sun in Mesha, the Moon in Vrishabha, Mercury in Mithuna, Jupiter in Simha, and Mars in Vrischika, one of the last three (according to Bhattotpala, one of the first three) Rasis being the Lagna also — three Rajayogas arise. Again, when Saturn and the Moon are in exaltation with one of the two signs as the Lagna, the Sun and Mercury in Kanya, Venus in Tula, Mars in Mesha and Jupiter in Kataka — two cases of Rajayoga arise.

शनि कुम्भ में, सूर्य मेष में, चन्द्र वृषभ में, बुध मिथुन में, गुरु सिंह में, और मंगल वृश्चिक में हो, तथा अन्तिम तीनों में से एक (भट्टोत्पल के अनुसार पहले तीनों में से एक) राशि लग्न भी हो — तब तीन राजयोग उत्पन्न होते हैं। पुनः, जब शनि और चन्द्र उच्च में हों, दो राशियों में से एक लग्न हो, सूर्य और बुध कन्या में, शुक्र तुला में, मंगल मेष में और गुरु कर्क में हो — दो राजयोग उत्पन्न होते हैं।
