MERCURY-JUPITER IN ANGLES IN CONJUNCTION. If Mercury and Jupiter be together in the Ascendant, one will have an auspicious (pleasing) appearance, will be endowed with auspicious (excellent) qualities, be learned, honoured by the king, will conquer his five senses and will enjoy conveyances, happiness and pleasures. If Mercury and Jupiter be together in the 4th, one will be blessed with relatives, friends, happiness, females, fortune, wealth, royal favour and skill. If Mercury and Jupiter be together in the ?h denotes, that one will obtain a virtuous wife, will destroy his enemies, will be endowed with many friends, people, wealth and prowess and will be famous on account of his father. If Mercury and Jupiter be together in the 10th, these two planets together will make one a minister, or a king, honourable, commanding, famous, modest and interested in Vedas.

केन्द्रों में बुध-गुरु युति के फल। लग्न में युत हों, तो जातक शुभ (मनोहर) रूप वाला, श्रेष्ठ गुणों से सम्पन्न, विद्वान्, राजा द्वारा सम्मानित, पञ्चेन्द्रिय-विजयी तथा वाहन-सुख-भोग का भोक्ता होता है। चतुर्थ भाव में युत हों, तो जातक स्वजन, मित्र, सुख, स्त्री, भाग्य, धन, राज-कृपा एवं कौशल से सम्पन्न होता है। सप्तम भाव में युत हों, तो जातक सद्गुणी पत्नी प्राप्त करने वाला, शत्रु-संहारक, बहु-मित्र-जन-धन-पराक्रम-सम्पन्न एवं पिता से यश पाने वाला होता है। दशम भाव में युत हों, तो ये दोनों ग्रह जातक को मन्त्री अथवा राजा, सम्मानीय, अधिकारी, यशस्वी, विनम्र एवं वेद-प्रिय बनाते हैं।
