Strength of Rasi. If a Rasi is aspected by its Lord, or by a planet, that is friendly to its Lord, or by Mercury, or by Jupiter, it is said to be strong. Planets other than the above do not lend strength by aspect.

राशि का बल। यदि कोई राशि अपने स्वामी से, अथवा अपने स्वामी के मित्र ग्रह से, अथवा बुध से, अथवा गुरु से दृष्ट हो, तो वह बलवती कही जाती है। इनके अतिरिक्त अन्य ग्रहों की दृष्टि से राशि को बल प्राप्त नहीं होता।
