If the Full Moon occupies an Upachaya Flouse, i.e. 3rd, 6th, 10th, or 11th in exclusive aspect to Jupiter, while the Lord of the Moon Sign occupies the 10th, or 7th, the native will become a ruler.

यदि पूर्ण चन्द्र उपचय भाव (तृतीय, षष्ठ, दशम अथवा एकादश) में स्थित होकर केवल गुरु की दृष्टि से युक्त हो, तथा चन्द्र-राशिश दशम अथवा सप्तम भाव में हो, तो जातक शासक बनता है।
