If Cancer Ascendant contain the Moon with full bright rays, while the 7th, 6th, 4th, 10th and 3d are, respectively, occupied by Mercury, Sun, Venus, Jupiter and Saturn, the native will become a ruler. Simultaneously Mars should be conjunct Saturn.

यदि कर्क लग्न में पूर्ण-किरण चन्द्र हो तथा सप्तम, षष्ठ, चतुर्थ, दशम एवं तृतीय भावों में क्रमशः बुध, सूर्य, शुक्र, गुरु एवं शनि स्थित हों, तो जातक शासक बनता है। साथ ही मंगल को शनि से युत होना चाहिए।
