GENERAL. He can become a monarch, if his voice is similar to the sound of a conch, drum, tusker, bull, or a roaring cloud. In such case he will rule over the entire earth and will conquer his enemies. One with viscid tongue, skin, teeth, eyes, nails and hair will become a ruler. If these are rough, he will experience penury. One with glossy, splendourous and bright complexion will become a king. Otherwise he will be poor and miserable. If these are meddling, he will be a middle class person with wealth, children, happiness etc.
