Malefics in the 7th from the rising decanate, while the Moon is in the Ascendant will also cause death at birth. (In this case, the Moon shall be in the rising decanate, while malefics shall occupy the 19th decanate). A dead child is born, if Saturn is in the Ascendant, while Mars is in the 8th, withj upiter being notin an Angle.

यदि १। ४। ७। १० भाव में भौम हो और गुरु केन्द्र में नहो तो मृत का जन्म होता है । यंदि जन्म काल में सूर्य लग्न में हो तथा गुरु केन्द्र से अन्य स्थान में हो तो जन्म के साथ ही मरण होता है । अथवा अष्टम में कोई पापग्रह हो और गुरु केन्द्र से भिन्न स्थान में हो तो भी जन्म के साथ ही मरण होता हे । यदि लग्न या केन्द्र में चन्द्रमा हो और गुर केन्द्र से अन्य स्थान में हो और अष्टम में कोई पापग्रह हो तो जन्म के साथ मरण होता है । यदि जन्म कालीन लग्नस्थ द्रेष्काण से सप्तम राशि में पापग्रह हो और लग्न में चन्द्रमा हो तो शीघ्र मरण होता है
