There will be diseases of the mind, if Saturn occupies the Ascendant, while Mars is in the 5th, or the 9th. Alternatively, Saturn, while being in the Ascendant should be conjunct decreasing Moon to cause the said effects.

यदि लग्न में शनि हो तथा मंगल पञ्चम अथवा नवम भाव में हो, तो मानसिक रोग होते हैं। अथवा शनि लग्न में क्षीण चन्द्र के साथ हो, तो भी वही फल होता है।
