When Venus transits the Janma-rasi, he will confer on the native all kinds of enjoyments. He will cause financial gain when in the 2nd house; prosperity in the 3rd; increase of happiness and friends in the 4th; acquisition of children in the 5th; mishap in the 6th; trouble to wife in the 7th; wealth in the 8th; happiness in the 9th; quarrel in the 10th; safety in the 11th and acquisition of money in the 12th.

गोचर से शुक्र का फल निम्नलिखित है: (१) सब प्रकार का भोग। (२) धनागम। (३) धन-वृद्धि — सुन्दर उपकरण आदि का लाभ। (४) सुख, मित्रों में वृद्धि। (५) पुत्र-प्राप्ति, सन्तान-सुख। (६) विपत्ति, कष्ट। (७) स्त्री के कारण पीड़ा। (८) सम्पत्ति। (९) सुख-प्राप्ति। (१०) कलह। (११) भय। (१२) अर्थ-प्राप्ति आदि शुभ फल। यह सब स्थानों के फल जन्मकालीन चन्द्र-राशि से गिनना चाहिये। उदाहरण के लिये किसी की जन्म-कुण्डली में कर्क राशि में चन्द्रमा है, और जिस समय शुभाशुभ विचार किया जा रहा हो उस समय गोचर से शुक्र कुम्भ राशि में हो, तो कर्क राशि से कुम्भ अष्टम होने के कारण उपर्युक्त अष्टम स्थान का फल शुक्र करेगा।
