Enjoyment, gains of wealth, increase in agricultural production, devotion to deities and Brahmins, pilgrimage to holy places, increase in cattle wealth, well being in the family will be the results at the commencement of the Antardasa, if Rahu be associated with the lord of the Ascendant or a yogakaraka planet, be in his sign of exaltation or in his own sign or be in kendra or the 11th from the Ascendant or the lord of the Dasa (Saturn). There will be cordiality with the king and happiness from friends in the middle portion of the Antardasa.

मेषे कन्यागते वापि कुलीरे वृषभे तथा । मीनकोदण्डसिंहेषु गजान्तैश्वर्यमादिशेत्‌ ।।67।। राजसम्मानभूषाप्तिं मृदुलाम्बरभूषणम्‌ । दिसप्तमाधिधैर्युक्ते देहबाधा भविष्यति ।।68।। मृत्युंजयं प्रकुर्वीत छागदानं च कारयेत्‌ । वृषदानं प्रकुर्वीत सर्वसम्पत्सुखावहम्‌ ।।69।। मेष, कन्या, कर्क, वृष, मीन, धनु या सिंह में राहु हो तो अपूर्व एश्वर्य की प्राप्ति होती है । इसकी अन्तर्दशा मँ राजसम्मान, मूषणों की प्राप्ति, मृदुल वस्त्रों की प्राप्ति होती है । यदि राहु 2.7 भावेशों के साथ हो तो शरीर कष्ट होता है । दोष की शान्ति के लिए मृत्युंजय जप, मेषदान, वृषमदान करने से सब सुख होते है।
