There will be 7 co-born if the 12th lord (some texts read as the 11th lord) joins Mars and Jupiter while the 3rd is occupied by the Moon. If the Moon is lonely placed in the 3rd in aspect to male planets, there will be younger brothers while the aspect of Venus denotes younger sisters.

यदि भ्रातृ-कारक मंगल राहु के साथ हो, अथवा तृतीयेश नीच में गया हो — तो जातक सबसे छोटा भाई होता है तथा उसके तीन बड़े भाई होते हैं। यदि तृतीयेश केन्द्र में हो, कारक (मंगल) उससे त्रिकोण में हो, अथवा इन दोनों में से कोई अपने उच्च में बृहस्पति के साथ हो — तो बारह भाई होते हैं। जातक के दो भाई बड़े, तीसरा स्वयं जातक होता है। क्रमशः 7.9.12 क्रम पर उत्पन्न भाई मर जाते हैं तथा शेष छोटे छह भाई दीर्घजीवी होते हैं।
