यदि गुरु नीचगत, अस्तंगत, 6, 8, 12 भावगत, शत्रुक्षेत्री, पापयुक्त हो तो धनहानि, कार्यसिदिध मेँ विध्न, मानहानि अर्थात् पराजय, नीचा [OCR खण्ड अपठनीय] पीछे हटाना आदि, स्त्री, पुत्रादि परिवारजनों को पीडा, हृदयरोग; तथापि राजकीय कार्य करने का अधिकार (जिम्मा या ठेका या पद) मिलता है ।
