पुत्र-जन्म से भाग्य-वृद्धि: यदि पञ्चमेश अपने उच्च में हो (मूल-त्रिकोण-स्वक्षेत्र में भी), अर्थात् राशि-बली हो, तथा लग्न से 1.2.5.9 में हो, और गुरु से दृष्ट रहे — तो पुत्र-जन्म के बाद जातक का भाग्य चमकता है। यदि पञ्चम में कोई शुभ-ग्रह न हो तथा तीन-चार पाप-ग्रह पञ्चम में हों, पञ्चमेश नीच-राशि में हो — तो जातक का पुत्र नीच कर्म करने वाला होता है।
